본 약관은 한수랩(HSL, 이하 "회사")이 제공하는 "쿠폰 지갑" 앱(이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한
회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 회사가 제공하는 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (약관의 게시와 개정)
회사는 본 약관을 앱 또는 웹페이지에 게시합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일과 개정 사유를 명시하여 사전에 공지합니다.
제3조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)
회사는 모바일 쿠폰의 등록·보관·관리 기능 및 관련 정보를 제공합니다. 회사는 기술적 사양의 변경 등 합리적인 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (서비스의 중단)
점검, 설비의 보수·교체, 고장, 통신 두절 등의 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스 제공이 일시적으로 중단될 수 있습니다.
제5조 (회원가입)
본 서비스는 회원가입이나 로그인을 필요로 하지 않습니다.
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 관련 법령, 본 약관 및 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하여서는 안 되며, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 용도로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
제7조 (데이터의 보관 책임)
모든 쿠폰 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되므로, 데이터의 백업 및 보관에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 회사는 기기의 분실·고장, 앱 삭제, 운영체제 변경 등으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다.
제8조 (면책 및 책임의 제한)
서비스는 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 회사는 바코드·문자 인식 결과의 정확성이나 특정 매장에서의 사용 가능성을 보증하지 않습니다. 쿠폰의 유효성 및 실제 사용은 각 쿠폰 발행처의 정책에 따릅니다.
제9조 (지식재산권)
서비스 및 관련 소프트웨어·디자인에 대한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 다만 이용자가 등록한 쿠폰 이미지 등 이용자가 직접 입력한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
제10조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법상의 관할 법원에 따릅니다.

Terms of Service
Effective date: June 8, 2026
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Hansoo Labs (HSL, “the Company”)
and users regarding the use of the “Coupon Wallet” app (“the Service”).
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)
The Company posts these Terms in the App or on its website. The Company may amend the Terms within the bounds of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason for any amendment in advance.
Article 3 (Provision and Change of the Service)
The Company provides features for registering, storing, and managing mobile coupons, along with related information. The Company may change the content of the Service for reasonable causes such as changes in technical specifications.
Article 4 (Suspension of the Service)
Provision of the Service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, repair or replacement of equipment, failures, or communication outages.
Article 5 (Registration)
The Service does not require membership registration or login.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not act in violation of applicable law, these Terms, or public order and morals, and must not use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Article 7 (Responsibility for Data)
All coupon data is stored only on the user’s device, so the user is responsible for backing up and retaining their data. The Company is not liable for data loss resulting from device loss or failure, deletion of the App, OS changes, or similar causes.
Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
The Service is provided “as is.” The Company does not warrant the accuracy of barcode/text recognition or usability at any particular store. The validity and actual use of a coupon are subject to the policies of its issuer.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property rights in the Service and its software and design belong to the Company. However, rights to content you enter yourself, such as registered coupon images, belong to you.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising from use of the Service is subject to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
